Communal riots in Delhi

Modi Shah has created an architecture of communal design for Delhi. Their plan has been worked out by the RSS headed by Kapil Mishra. If one visits Gujarat one finds the communal mapping in a controlled manner. If you visit the Park of Baroda, they have their workers moving to listen to the stories of the morning walkers. If they find somebody is critical of Modi, they will stop him or her. if you visit any lane of the inner city somebody will stop you to inquire from you and what is your work. The same situation prevails in the city of Ahmadabad that each stranger they are suspicious of him or her. The same situation will prevail now in the city of Delhi. They have been ruling for six years but without control over the lanes and roads. They know that those who control space they control politics of the state. They want the cooperation from Kejriwal as an ex RSS person. Already in this riot he looks confused and bewildered as he does not understand the architecture of political design of Modi Shah. He is going to play the second fiddle to their political work. Delhi is going to burn for some more time till they keep an eye over each lane. They have created riots against the minorities to create fear in their minds which can be silenced for some time. This has been worked out when media was busy in showing the Modi- Trump show in the city. It is a well-designed plan for Delhi. They have captured the minds of Lutenist Delhi by telling the stories of Jai Shri Ram and now they want to capture the underclass of Delhi by telling them to speak loudly of Jai Shri Ram and turn a good murderer. Jai Shri Ram started with the Advani’s rath yatra politics when they started creating riots in the cities where Muslims used to live in. There is a political map prepared by the civil society activists the route which rath had moved and found the route was passing through the communal sensitive towns. This has resulted in two governments one by Vajpayee who headed a coalition government where Advani was the Home Minister. The second one was the Modi-1 and Modi-2. Political democracy has got replaced with a full-fledged fascism in the Modi-2.

The Gujarat model has been twisted here under the direction of Shah Yogi. They found the intercommunity relation in Delhi specifically in North East region is on a strong footing might not help in creating riots on its own. They have decided to bring people from Muzaffarnagar of UP who are the experts in creating riots.  These rioters played a decisive role in winning the election in the Western UP in both assembly election and Parliament election. They knew the using of swords and guns made in the illegal factory working there. They have come from across the border of UP and attacked people with guns and swords. For the first two days they initiated the attacks against the Muslims and those have been killed and wounded found the gun shots. Police withdrew for the first two days. This cannot happen without proper direction from the Home Ministry. The inaction of police played an important role in Delhi. Police and BJP both worked together as some of the supporters of the BJP are telling now.  Police in Delhi have been communalized and criminalized. They played an acquiesce role to the BJP workers. They were standing without any action when the attackers came burnt the shops and cars owned by the Muslims. It is interesting to note here the Delhi Deputy Commissioner in North East region has encouraged Shri Kapil Mishra to speak such a violent speech. While he was speaking, the DCP was standing behind and occasionally touching his back with his hand and motivating him to speak more in a communal tone.  This brings the similarity with Gujarat but the difference is this with the journalists.  People started calling the police control room as nobody listened to them. This happened in Gujarat while the burning of houses happening people used to call the police but no action. The best example was the EX MP got killed by the goons but he talked to the police officers and chief minister Modi. His wife Mrs. Zafri is struggling in the court for fighting a case against Modi in the Supreme Court till now. For 18 years the case has not been heard by the highest court. Failure in getting response from the police men of Gujarat they got killed in protesting against such a fascist force in Gujarat. Here there is a difference.

 they started calling the journalists from NDTV and other prominent agencies. Any reporter was found by the crowd specifically the Muslims they used to request to come to their lanes as police refused to enter into the lanes with a plea that the lanes were so narrow where the police vehicles could not move.  It is interesting to inform some of the reporters belonging to leading papers and electronic media got physically attacked from the RSS and their camera and mobiles got snatched.  But so many requests came to the channel as a reporter reported from the NDTV. Hindustan Times reporter got attacked.

In Gujarat the Sandesh the largest circulated paper withdrew their journalists from Ahmadabad and Baroda as they found the riots against the Muslims were not worth reporting. As people in Delhi tell that only group who are working the journalists from the print media and electronic media. In their planning Modi could not visualize the influence of the national electronic media which played the role of reporting from Ahmadabad during 2002 riots. Some leading journalists belonged to Times of India and Telegraph got threatening words from the leaders from Gujarat. This time the electronic media has been carefully manipulated known as the Godi Media who did not report the matter for a while. Then some independent channels were busy in reporting the visit of American President Trump. This was the opportune moment for creating a riot in Delhi. In the region from where the six MLAs out of 8 and an MP of the BJP have won, they planned with them. It started with a communal lecture by Mishra in front of television reporter and a group of small number of supporters with the backing of the DCP of the region.  

 It seems that Shah has not succeeded to briefing these journalists as Modi did with the Sandesh. Today Modi is showing his unhappiness with Shah because of the failure of intensity of riots here. Moreover, the High court took up the matter and called the Delhi Police to act against the provocative statements of the BJP leaders, in the meantime the Judge has been transferred in the mid night yesterday as the President's sleep has got disturbed by Shah's people. The civil society took up the matter and held a protest against the failures of police in Jantar Mantar yesterday which was absent in Gujarat. Delhi being capital and cosmopolitan town made the difference from Ahmadabad and Baroda of Gujarat.

Yesterday while American President was getting a welcome in Ahmadabad by Modi and Shah there was a large scale attack on the Muslim community in some parts of the city by the RSS people led by Kapil Mishra who openly told," This is a trailer as an important guest is coming to the city we will organise the attack once he leaves the city." This is where Kapil Mishra needs to be kept under the Sedition Act as he encouraged people to attack on the other group. But no action has been taken by Delhi Police. It looks like when the attacks on JNU students were happening the Delhi police were there in the campus but did not act.

 The same situation prevailed here also which resulted in deaths of four people. The gruesome scene where a person was kneeling down getting attack by a group of people belonged to the RSS. This scene happened in Ahmadabad in 2002 which got repeated here. But police officers of Delhi played a decisive battle to fight communal forces during 1970s. Those days the riots used to happen in the old city of Delhi. A police officer did a study and found that it was getting organised by the RSS but they remained behind the scene and they trained some Bhangis to attack the Muslim community. He organised a course for the Bhangis with the help of an NGO and educated them regarding their communal virus inoculated by the RSS. Once they refused to work for the RSS the riots got stopped. Today they do not have the instrument to attack the Muslims they themselves are attacking the minority. As they are in power the RSS are bold to create a lawless situation with the blessings from the Home Minister when he was away. It looks a like a stage-managed trailer when the real riots coming according to Kapil Mishra.

 By listening to the speech by Trump, American President regarding his salesmanship in doing arms and ammunition to India where the Prime Minister Modi was sitting quietly. American arms production is in the hands of the private players. Any President is their salesman as they look him or her as their representative. A famous sociologist C Wright Mills in his book Power Elite talks of these corporate houses whose thinking is the American thinking. For his book he had to face a trial for his un American ideas and jailed for some time. On Indian Side another salesman is sitting next to the American President and nodding his head regarding the announcement. He learnt from American experience regarding the private players in the domain of production of arms and ammunition for which he did his Rafael deal with the French President and handed over the deal to a bankrupt industrialist Anil Ambani. Both are war monger leaders sitting together and planning a war against some country as Modi's imaginary enemy Pakistan is no more his real enemy as Trump already praised Pakistan on the soil of Gujarat where riots happened in the name of Pakistan in 2002 of Godhra town.

 Many Indians are in jail under the Sedition Act because they had praised Pakistan. As Modi is obliged to Pakistan as his words against this country fetched him votes in 2019 general election. He is now in search of another enemy by which both of these leaders can launch another war. Perhaps Iran is the right country which Modi can be junior partner to Trump as he has declared war against a friend of India. For Modi there is only one friend that is America and all others are enemies as he announced while replying to American President Trump. Visiting Gandhi's Ashram in Ahmadabad was not in Trump's visit plan which has got later added. It seems that Trump was not interested to visit as Modi when was the chief minister of Gujarat for the first time did not visit the Ashram. As if both have a same wave length in thinking. Both hate Gandhi and his nonviolence and search for truth and communal harmony. While both visited Gandhi Ashram in Ahmadabad, the riots were getting organized in Delhi where many innocent citizens got killed with the bullets from the rioters and hundred were wounded. The rioters did not allow the ambulance to pick up the wounded people to the hospital which resulted in many deaths.

One hundred years back the Rowlatt Act and Defense of India Act got enacted which got a wide spread protest against the British rule. Under the Defense of India Act Gandhi got charged under the Sedition. Today Modi Sarkar charging under the Sedition Act small children who staged a play against the CAA. A young girl who spoke Pakistan Zindabad has been charged. Modi and Shah are behaving as colonial masters who want to control Indian people under the Sedition act fighting against CAA. It seems that history is getting repeated under Modi Shah rule.

Modi Shah regime gave a great gift to Trump who is a racist and xenophobic leader of the world. Here Modi Shah prepared a large-scale riot in Delhi to prove their communal and xenophobic approach to politics. This is being characterized by the President Trump as an internal matter what a sad state of affairs. Moreover, Modi Shah remained silent while Delhi was burning. After three days Modi wrote a twit for requesting for communal peace and whereas Shah is still silent over the worst riots happened in Delhi. On 24 February 2020, a series of riots and violent incidents began at North East Delhi in which 35 people were killed and more than 200 people were injured. For the first time the Mosques are getting attacked by the RSS pracharaks. They are worried of the presence of the Muslim community. But the Sikhs have shown their brave hearts by opening their Gurdwaras for keeping people from other religions. This is going to transform the social order slowly that minorities and dalits are getting ready to fight the Hindutva forces in India.
